We’re Vibemaxer, a design + branding agency built for creators, disruptors, and brands that don’t want to blend in. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can open doors, start meaningful conversations, and help us grow our client base with energy and intention.

👇 What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting: cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to creative-led companies and founders
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through our initial discovery process
  • Book calls, build relationships, and get potential clients excited about working with us
  • Help improve our outreach playbook with your ideas and feedback
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on sales strategy and growth

✅ You’re a Fit If:

  • You’ve got 4+ years of experience in sales or business development (agency or creative industry experience is a big plus)
  • You love the hunt: researching, reaching out, following up, and closing
  • You know how to communicate value—clearly and creatively
  • You’re self-driven, organized, and ready to take ownership
  • You’re US-based and available for remote work (EST or CST preferred)
